Find A PackageI have trained with Kim for several weeks. She has put together an exercise programme for me to do on my own at home, and given me nutrition ideas so that I can lose weight. She always brings different equipment so the sessions stay fresh and enjoyable. I haven’t really trained before, but I am starting to see the difference with the exercise I am doing.
Having suffered with tight neck muscles for years, after 3 sessions with Kim it all became very flexible again and stayed that way for many months. A top up massage ensures my neck remains flexible and the service is flexible too with appointments easily made.
I have been seeing Kim for about 10 years. I get very sore muscles as I sit at a desk all day. Kim always sorts me out, a deep but lovely massages sets me up for a few weeks. She is brilliants at what she does. Thoroughly recommend her.
After undergoing surgery many years ago for a sequestrated disc my movement (especially on the squash court) has been somewhat restricted. Over the last ten years, Kim has been successful in helping me reduce this problem (with regular massage), which allows me to continue to play squash. After discussing Kim’s personal training qualifications with her, I booked some trial training sessions and found these so beneficial that I now have a regular twice-weekly appointment. Kim arranges a very thorough training programme – she researches her exercises carefully to suit changing ability and is always prompt, efficient and well organised. I do not hesitate to recommend her.
